Governor Justice is dedicating one-million-dollars from the state’s contingency fund to encourage West Virginians to participate in the 2020 Census. The Governor says it is vital to the state, because it determines the amount of federal grant funding the state can receive, and determines the number representatives in the U.S. House of Representatives for the next ten years.
