A man was arrested Friday after Capitol Police said he was found staying in the room of a building on the West Virginia State Capitol Complex . 57-year old Ross Berry is charged with breaking and entering and grand larceny, according to court documents. Police said Berry was found in a break room of Building 6 Friday morning. Berry was in the in building nearly 24 hours before he was arrested. He is being held in South Central Regional Jail on a $2,000 bond.
