Today is the last day of the 2020 Legislative Session. Lawmakers are trying to pass dozens of bill at the last minute. The state Senate approved 17-million-dollars for foster cars, and the House voted down the creation of an Intermediate Court of Appeals. Senate President Mitch Carmichael says he’s confident they’ll pass a balanced budget before midnight.
