Twenty cases of COVID-19 in WV

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources is confirming four new cases of COIVD-19, bring the total in the state to 20. A nursing home patient in Morgantown tested positive for the virus. Governor Justice says it’s very concerning because it is the first case of community spread.
