Governor Justice is unveiling his plan to reopen the state’s economy. It’s called “West Virginia Strong,” and if the state’s COVID-19 positive test rate stays below three-percent this week, phase two could start on Monday.
Under phase two, small businesses with less the ten employees can reopen, including hair salons, barber shops, nail salons, and pet grooming. Outdoor dining at restaurants would also be permitted with social distancing restrictions.
