Governor Justice hopes a federal relief package will get the state through a 350-million-dollar budget deficit. Justice is carefully watching the spending rules of over a billion-dollars that is expected to be West Virginia’s share of 500-billion-dollars in aid to the states. Right now, that money is believed to be for direct response to the pandemic.
