Another wrongful death lawsuit has been filed in connection to suspicious deaths at the VA Medical Center in Clarksburg. A woman, whose husband died in 2018 from an insulin injection, filed the suit. Federal prosecutors are investigating the deaths of eleven patients at the hospital.
