A website developer from Charleston, Sean Hyde, now has an app that he says can help track who is sick, who is well and who has recovered. WCHS TV reported it’s a web based app called InPlaceApp.com. It provides real time information and provides resources for those looking for help. Hyde described it as a crowd-sourcing anonymous app. It’s voluntary, but does rely on users to go online and check in with how they’re feeling. Hyde says all you need is an email, no additional information is needed. There’s also a chat feature to put people in touch with resources near them.
