WV reopens for business

West Virginia will begin the first phase of its reopening plan today. Hospitals are performing elective procedures, and daycare centers will open, as well.

The state’s positive coronavirus test results remain under three-percent, which means the second phase of the plan can begin on Monday. Small businesses with less than ten employees can open their doors, professional services like hair and nail salons and barbershops can resume, and outdoor dining at restaurants can also restart.
