Average Positive Test Rate Stays Below Three Percent

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources reported three new cases of COVID-19 on Monday. The state’s total positive cases since the start of the pandemic is now 1,774 with a death toll of 72. The cumulative average positive cases per tests is 2.06% as of Monday morning.
