Charleston police are hoping that tips will help solve a cold case. Robert “Bob” Snow went missing in May 2012 and his body was found three days later by boaters on the water with his hands and feet bound by duct tape. Snow was last seen at the 7-Eleven on Bigley Avenue. He was a regional manager for 7-Eleven stores in the Kanawha Valley. There is still a $10,000 reward offered for information leading to an arrest, and if you have tips you’re asked to contact Charleston Police at 304-348-8111.
