The West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles will offer appointments beginning next week for transferring out-of-state driver’s licenses, issuing an original identification cards, and more. Appointments can be made on a new scheduling app beginning this week. The DMV Commissioner also extended the expiration date for certain documents through Aug. 1 this year. This includes any driver’s license, instructional permits and vehicle registration.
