Four Kanawha County day care workers tested positive for COVID-19 at different facilities. Two of those day care centers have been closed. Parents were notified, and the health department is doing contact tracing of the children and families.
Governor Justice issued an executive order for COVID-19 testing at all day care centers and assisted living facilities. Justice says the day care workers that tested positive weren’t showing any symptoms of the virus.
