Two health systems are teaming up to address West Virginia’s common health concerns, including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity and opioid abuse. Charleston Area Medical Center and Mon Health System have signed a clinical affiliation agreement to improve coordination and access, address disparities, and educate the public on issues related to chronic disease. The two are sharing clinical initiatives as members of a Clinical Integrated Network.
