Salons and barbershops around the state can reopen today as part of the state’s phased in comeback. WCHS TV reported some places in the area are already booked for the entire month, but there are strict rules in place and they will get fined if they don’t comply. Under the new rules, only 10 people are allowed inside at one time and everyone will have to wear a mask.
