The South Charleston Community Center has reopened, at least partially. A post on the city of South Charleston’s Facebook page said the health club will be limited to a 40-person occupancy and the cardio room will be limited to a dozen people. Locker rooms, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis, the swimming pool, showers, basketball court, racquetball court, activity deck, outdoor tennis court, outdoor basketball court and water fountains are still closed. Temperature checks will be performed daily.
