Eighteen new cases of COVID-19 in WV

There are eighteen new cases of COVID-19 in West Virginia, for a total of over 27-hundred cases. The death toll remains at 92. The positive test rate is below two-percent, and the state Department of Health and Human Resources says more than two-thousand people have recovered from the virus.
