An inmate has died at a federal prison in West Virginia. Thirty-three-year-old Jensy Mendoza was found unresponsive at the Secure Female Facility Hazleton. The cause of death is under investigation. There is no indication it was COVID-19 related. Mendoza was serving a three sentence on drug charges. She had been at Hazelton since February.
