Fayette County deputies said a man whose blood alcohol limited was twice the legal limit is charged in a hit-and-run incident after he sideswiped a vehicle and was pursued by the victim. Alan Sullivan of Mount Nebo faces charges after an incident on Deepwater Mountain Road just outside Oak Hill. Sullivan is charged with aggravated DUI, leaving the scene of an accident resulting in property damage and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). He is awaiting court proceedings.
