A big change is ahead for fans who attend West Virginia University football games in the fall – no more paper tickets. WVU is fully switching to a mobile ticketing system that was first introduced during the 2013 football season as a method for single-game ticket delivery only. Mountaineer fans will now download and store their tickets to their smartphone and the code will be scanned at the gate for contactless entry.
