A long-term care facility in Wayne County where dozens of patients and employees tested positive for COVID-19 is celebrating being virus-free this week. The Wayne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center held a parade Thursday to allow patients to see loved ones drive by and to celebrate. The facility had 38 residents and 39 employees test positive for the virus. Nine patients at the facility died during the outbreak.
