Sponaugle won’t ask for recount in Attorney General race

Delegate Isaac Sponaugle is conceding the Democratic race for West Virginia Attorney General. There is a 145 vote margin between Sponaugle and Sam Petsonk. Sponaugle says he won’t ask for a recount.
