WV State Museum Announces Reopening Date

The West Virginia State Museum at the state Capitol Complex announced it will reopen to visitors on Tuesday, July 7. The museum will reopen under its normal business hours, which are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The gift shop also will reopen that day. The maximum occupancy for the museum will be 52 people and visitors will be asked to fill out a health screening form, have their temperature taken, and follow social distancing guidelines. Staff will be wearing face coverings and visitors will be encouraged to do the same. The museum is located in the Culture Center.
