The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department tested more than five-hundred people for COVID-19 at the Schoenbaum Center this week. Four more testing events will be held next week in Kanawha County.
Nearly 180-thousand people have been tested statewide, and the positive test rate is below two-percent.
There are almost fifty new cases of the virus in West Virginia, for a total of over three-thousand positive cases. The death toll remains at 93.
