Crews responded Monday morning to a structure fire in the Rutledge area of Kanawha County. Metro 911 said crews have control of a trailer fire that was reported just before 10 a.m. in the 1000 block of Valley Grove Road. Pets were inside the home during the fire and were retrieved by firefighters. A dog had to be revived and attempts to revive other animals were not successful. Pinch and Malden fire departments responded.
