About two dozen West Virginia National Guard members returned home Friday evening after nearly a year overseas. Members of the 150th Calvary Regiment and 201st Field Artillery were deployed to the Middle East in August 2019 as part of Operation Spartan Shield. The homecoming is the beginning of a rotation of about 600 soldiers who will be returning home during the next few months.
