Three Mount Olive Correctional Center inmates are being charged in connection to a cold case murder that happened in 1989 at the former Harrison County Correctional Center. John Perry was in Cell-E when he was beaten and strangled to death by three other inmates. Those inmates are still incarcerated and are now facing additional charges in Perry’s murder.
