Governor Justice unveiled his color-coded plan to determine whether it’s safe for schools to reopen. All, but three counties will be allowed to reopen under the plan. Each county in the state will receive a green, yellow, orange, or red code that will change daily. Counties in orange or red will have to shut down schools, including sports and extracurricular activities, and go completely online.
