A coronavirus outbreak has been reported at a nursing home in Sissonville. The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department reported 26 residents at Cedar Ridge Center have tested positive for COVID-19. Six staff members and two contractors also have tested positive. One resident died Saturday night, according to a news release from the health department. The nursing home is working with the health department on contact tracing and taking steps to address the outbreak.
