A Buckhannon man is pleading guilty to a federal bomb making charge. Sixty-two-year-old William Clark admitted to making an unregistered explosive device. He was arrested after an explosion outside of Selbyville Road home in March. Officers found bomb-making materials in Clarkâs truck.
