Kanye West filed a complaint in U.S. District Court against West Virginia Secretary of State Mac Warner, seeking an injunction to have his name placed on the state’s election ballot in November. Warner previously said West would not be on the ballot because he didn’t have enough valid signatures. West is running for president as an independent.
