Kanye West has filed a lawsuit to get on the presidential ballot in West Virginia. West submitted more than 14,000 signatures to get on the ballot, but more than half of them were invalidated, leaving him nearly 800 signatures short. The lawsuit claims the campaign didn’t have the opportunity to appeal the decision by the West Virginia Secretary of State.
