Two Counties Decide to Hold In-Person Classes

Mingo and Fayette counties will have in-person instruction at schools today and Putnam and Boone counties have decided to wait for a new map Saturday to decide. Schools in counties listed in gold in Saturday’s update of the map and data will be allowed to have in-person classes and play in sports competitions if they play against inner-county competition or schools in counties also in gold. The Mingo County Board of Education said Friday will remain a remote learning day.
