The West Virginia Supreme Court will hear arguments next month in a lawsuit over whether Governor Justice must live in Charleston. The High Court will hear an appeal of a Kanawha circuit judge’s ruling that denied the governor’s motion to dismiss the two-year-old case filed by Delegate Isaac Sponaugle.
