Kanawha County Sheriff’s deputies have been investigating a tower breaking and entering case with the help of a K9 unit. Deputies were called to the site at 4 am Octobr 8th and reported that an ATV parked nearby was packed with stolen property and tools. One of the removed items was a radio amplifier that helps first responders communicate with dispatchers. The K9 helped track down 24-year old Thomas Bowles of Ashford and after viewing surveillance footage, Bowles was arrested. The investigation also led to the arrest of 24-year old Christian McNeely. The damage to the tower site is still being assessed.
