Five counties are in orange on the latest West Virginia county alert system map. Mingo County is in orange after being in red the day before. Nicholas, Randolph, Doddridge and Berkeley counties are also in Orange. Kanawha County remained in yellow for the second straight day this week. Putnam and Jackson counites are in gold. No counties were in red on the map released Tuesday.
