Charleston police are investigating after twenty shots were fired on Glenwood Avenue. Some of the bullets went through a car. Officer didn’t find a victim but later learned a man was taken to the hospital in a personal vehicle. The victim was shot in the foot, and is in stable condition. Witnesses saw a black sedan turn onto the street and slow down, before someone inside opened fire. It’s the second shooting in the West Side neighborhood in two days.
