COVID-19 numbers are skyrocketing across the state. There are more than 740 new cases of the virus, and eleven more people have died. The positive test rate is over three-percent, and there are a record number of people in the hospital with the virus. More than three-hundred are in the hospital, and over one-hundred are in intensive care.
