Governor Justice is pleading with West Virginians to get tested for COVID-19. He says testing is the best way to keep asymptomatic people from spreading the virus to family and friends.
His warning comes as COVID-19 cases continue to rise. There are more than 350 new cases statewide, and Grant County woman has died, raising the death toll to 458. The daily positive test rate is over four-percent.
