An Illinois fugitive is under arrest in Beckley. After an initial traffic stop in Ohio, Juan Torkelson fled to West Virginia. He was arrested in May, and is accused of stabbing four people, and one died. He tried to shoot an officer in Ohio, but the gun misfired. U.S. Marshals tracked Torkelson down at a home Campbell Street in Beckley.
