Marshall University has changed plans for the 50th anniversary plane crash memorial. The football memorial rededication will take place at 10 a.m. Nov. 10 online. The Marshall football memorial statue was restored and the ceremony to unveil it had a larger-than-anticipated response so they decided to live stream the event at 11 a.m. The posthumous degree ceremony, which was to take place at 4 p.m. Nov. 13, will also be presented virtually. At the football game against Middle Tennessee State on Nov. 14, there will be a reduced crowd size.
