West Virginia State Police said two people face charges after a large amount of drugs were found at a Putnam County hotel. Stephanie Hill of Danville and Jimmy Conley of Chapmanville were charged after troopers responded Sunday to the Holiday Inn Express in Teays Valley. State Police said officers entered a room and saw Hill jump out of a second-story window on to a ledge and then run toward the parking lot before she was taken into custody. A search warrant turned up a large amount of fentanyl, meth, digital scales and cash.
