Eighteen states, including West Virginia, contend that the Affordable Care Act is unconstitutional, and the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Tuesday. If the Supreme Court rules to end the entire law, it would end protections for covering preexisting conditions and funding states receive for Medicaid coverage.
