Gov. Jim Justice said West Virginia may see its first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine by mid-December. Emergency workers and health care providers will be among the first to get the vaccines, along with the elderly in nursing homes. Nearly half of the state’s fatalities during the pandemic have come from nursing homes.
