COVID-19 vaccine expected in WV by mid-December

Governor Justice says the Pfizer vaccine should arrive in West Virginia on December 15th, and the second wave of vaccines from Moderna should arrive a week later. Nursing home residents and front line health care workers will be the first to get the vaccine. Governor Justice says he’s hopeful it will move quickly, and that it’s possible that almost everyone in the state could be vaccinated by Mid-March. Justice says, he believes the vaccine is safe, and will get his shot during a live press conference.
