Save some room….more cookies are coming after the first of the year. The Girl Scouts of the Black Diamond Council will be selling Samoas, Thin Mints and Tagalongs, and more. Cookie season across the state kicks off on Friday, Jan. 8th. The Girl Scouts will be selling cookies directly, and they’ll be for sale online as well if you prefer to be contactless. Cookies can be delivered by girls or mailed directly to homes. Boxes of cookies also can be ordered as part of the Gift of Caring program, which are donated to military members, veterans and their families. Proceeds from the sale stay local and have led to support for animal shelters, food banks and more.
