Governor Justice says more than eighty-percent of nursing home residents are opting for the vaccination, but just over sixty-percent of staff is electing to have the vaccination. Justice says, “That isn’t good enough,” vouched for the vaccines safety and effectiveness. More than ten-thousand West Virginians have already received the vaccine.
