Santa Plans a Visit to the South Charleston Library

South Charleston’s Christmas parade and the library’s Santafest is canceled this year due to the pandemic, but that doesn’t mean kids can’t see Santa anyway. The South Charleston Public Library is hosting “Safe Santa Drive Up Visits” 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 11. And now through Thursday, Dec. 10, the library will distribute Christmas craft kits with materials for kids to write Santa letters and count down the days to his arrival.
Craft kits are available upon request at the drive-up window or front desk, and supply is limited to the first 200 young readers.
