A second is facing a murder charge in connection to the death of a kidnapping victim. Forty-year-old Freda Ingels and 36-year-old Zinya Dooley are facing murder and kidnapping charges for hitting a woman in the head multiple times over the course of several days. Thirty-year-old Bertha Bryant died on Wednesday. Another victim is recovering in the hospital.
