Another store is closing at Charleston Town Center. Christopher and Banks is filing for Chapter-Eleven bankruptcy. The women’s clothing store says it was hard hit by the pandemic. The company is closing more than four-hundred stores nationwide, including its locations at the Huntington Mall, Ashland Town Center, and five other West Virginia locations.
